The U13 and U14 FFC boys and girls all played in the recent RYSA Spring Kickoff Classic. The U13 girls FFC Angels brought home the gold while the U14 boys FFC Fusion were finalists in their division. An FFC club spirit was in evidence as several players went to support other teams when their team was not playing.

Playing in the U13 Championship division, the FFC Fusion had a rough day Saturday, losing both games to RYSA Sporting FC Blue and Imhotep Eagles. They bounced back to tie ASA Xtreme 97 Black 2-2 on Sunday. The U14 Girls FFC Crush were in the Premier division where they split losses to the Bluesprings Lady Courage and ASA Xtreme 96 Blue with a 2-0 win over the Cobb FC Lady Chiefs Silver.

In the U14 boys Championship division, FFC Fusion made it to the final based on wins over South Cobb Y Strikers Black, SDY Jaguars and Thunder SC Gold. A rematch in the final against South Cobb did not go as well as the first game as the Fusion finished runners up.

The FFC Angels made a clean sweep, winning their round robin games 2-1 against Thunder SC 97 Gold, 4-1 against West Ga. FC United 97 Black and 2-0 against Barrow County Lady Comets. Their final was against Bluesprings YSA Eagles. The Angels won a close game 2-1 to emerge as tournament champions.
