The FCYSL Wildcats had the toughest tournament of all, playing in the Under 16 Girls White division at Tramore Park in Cobb County. Their first game against Madison Storm was a cross over game with a team from the other group. They lost this one 2-1, but rallied in the afternoon to beat NASA Crushers 2-1. Their third game was against Cobb County YMCA Germany. They won this one by their favorite score, 2-1. They were left tied on points with NASA Crushers, but having beaten them were declared group winners. Their championship game was against AFU Avalanche. They won this with their most comfortable score, 2-0. Playing at the Lovejoy complex in Clayton County the Thrashers won their group with victories over Pickens Red Bulls 3-1; CFC U19 Union 4-2 and NSA B19 TT 3-0. Their final was against familiar foes Coweta Fire where they prevailed with a 2-0 win. Congratulations to all of our Champions and our runner up.
